At Virginia Furniture Market we want you to have an exceptional experience, before, during and after your purchase.
To back that up we offer a 14 day return or exchange period for regular stock items. If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact our customer service department.
In addition we offer a 1-Year Guarantee for manufacturing defects. If within one year you find an issue or defect, contact our customer service department and we will send out a qualified service technician to check out the problem.
Mattresses, Special Order Items, Clearance Items and Items from our Outlets are not returnable.
Refunds: Payments by cash or check will be refunded by check and processed within 3 business days. Credit card payments will be refunded by credit to the original account used for payment.

*It is essential to know that your mattress warranty may be covered by the manufacturer directly, and the process may differ depending on the product type and brand.
So, How Do I Get Started?
There are two options for filing a claim: If your product is from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, you’ll need to have a copy of your sales invoice and contact them directly. If your product is NOT from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, Virginia Furniture Market will assist with filing the claim on your behalf, click on the Get Started NOW.
It’s important to know the brand of your product because some manufacturers are solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. You can identify the manufacturer name by referencing the law tag attached to your mattress/adjustable base or by reviewing your invoice. Virginia Furniture Market Will help you by facilitating the warranty claim process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer.
What will void a manufacturer's warranty?
Removal of your law tag, stains, blemishes, rips, tears, and burns on the item will void your manufacturer's warranty. Improper support will void your manufacturer's warranty, for details on what is considered proper support for your mattress please refer to the warranty card received with the delivery of your mattress.
Love Your Mattress" Package
This guarantee is available with purchase of our "Love Your Mattress" Package
Typically mattresses are not returnable or exchangeable.
By purchasing our "Love Your Mattress" package with your mattress you are eligible for a one time exchange of your mattress for 180 Days from the date of your purchase.
Just a few guidelines will apply:
In order to give you and your mattress time to get to know each other we ask that you sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 days prior to an exchange.
Your mattress protector must be used as any stains or damage to the mattress will render the "Love Your Mattress" Guarantee invalid and your mattress will not be eligible for exchange.
You are eligible for a one time exchange of your mattress for another mattress of your choice within 180 days of your purchase.
If you exchange your mattress for one that is a lesser cost you will receive a store credit for the difference in price.
If you exchange your mattress for one that is of higher cost you will be responsible for the difference.
No delivery charge is due for the exchange as long as the mattress is at the original delivery address.
Pillows and Protectors are not eligible for exchange and are non-returnable.
